An historic building in downtown Shortsville NY is the setting for our family restaurant. We serve great food with friendly service and a commitment to quality. With no typical commercial advertisement, we rely on "word of mouth" to bring new customers. It has worked! Our hundreds of "regulars" return again and again with friends and family. Many hours of preparation happen long before we open each day. Making our OWN bread, soups, salads and specialty dishes requires lots of care and effort. But, it's worth while when so many wonderful regulars come back year after year. Daily, we hear how we have the best cajun dishes, shrimp, scallops, salad bar or prime rib. We could not do what we do without our first class staff.They are all family to us.Often former staff members come back to fill in. We raised two great kids in the restaurant Matt and Meredith. Matt now resides in Taos, NM in the ski center.and Meredith is still working here and is also an accomplised artist. She sells most of her pieces at Buffalo Bill's. That is what we believe the hospitality business to be. The last Saturday monthly is "Crabby Saturday". We serve Alaskan King Crab and Buffalo Bill's outstanding crab cakes. Don't forget Thursday "B W special" Buffalo style roast beef sandwich only .... 1 buck!
